Technical consultancy can take many forms. Usually it involves brining my experience to fill gap in my clients' experience (or to add additional resource at busy times).

I have advised different clients on:

• systems design and the feasibility of projects. Normally some design is needed to decide if a project is viable and to get a rough idea of the development that will be needed.
• how to go about the testing of their systems, and helped develop some test tools for them. Making tests repeatable ensures consistent quality in their deliverables.
• assessing different technologies to find the most suitable one for they application.
