No sooner had I sent
the last newsletter and more information came to me.
Rule
Changes
A couple of you
asked about rules changes, in particular the anti-fouling rule. I have a
note from Maggie (class secretary) who says that there was not a quorum at the
AGM so nothing could be voted on. Therefore no change and carry on as
before.
RYA Keelboat
Squad

"The
RYA is looking to find some nice 707 owners to help out with the Keel boat squad
selection in this part of Scotland on the 3,4 September. It is being
organised by Marc Turner who will be coming down to PEYC on the 23 March to
chat about it. This would be great for the profile of the class up here as
well as supplying owners with potential talented crew. There will also be
coaching through the weekend that is always useful. Could you
forward this on to the owners to see how many boats it is possible to get."
